The Greatest Grilled Chicken…EVER! This no-fail recipe for the most flavorful, succulent, and tender chicken will be the only one you’ll ever need! This method will produce the best poultry you’ve ever tasted! Gluten-free, paleo, oil-free, whole 30 approved healthy grilling dinner recipe!




  1. Preheat your grill while you prepare the chicken.
  2. Take the 4 chicken breasts, trimmed and skinless, and place them in a bowl with the spices. Use your hands and rub the seasoning in, to coat.
  3. Place the chicken on an oiled piece of foil (celiac-safety, otherwise you can place right on the grill).
  4. Grill the chicken for 12 minutes on each side with the grill cover closed.
  5. Remove and enjoy…with ketchup!
