Guess what!? Tomorrow, November 3rd 2018, is my 10 Year Celiac-Anniversary! This is a huge deal! It's been a decade! That's so crazy to me! It's a weird feeling, because part of my brain feels like I'd always been eating "normal" and the other half feels like I've only ever been eating gluten-free. I mean, in a few more years I'll have been gluten-free for longer than I had not been. Hard to wrap my head around it all!
