Published: Sep 12, 2013 · Modified: May 8, 2016 by Rebecca Pytell · This post may contain affiliate links.

Hey, how has your week been so far? Mine is going super slow...at least now Friday is on the horizon. I wasn't sure what to post today but then I saw that Lindsay (The Lean Green Bean) was hosting her 3rd Pin It Party! All you do is write a up a post with 5 of your own posts you would like promoted on Pinterest. Just put the pinnable image and a short description with the link. Then head on over to Lindsay's site and link up you post and check out some of the other bloggers posts while your there! I love Pinterest and this sounds like such a fun way to promote our fellow bloggers.

Here we go:

The 20s // Strength and Sunshine{The 20s Lower Body Workout}

Sleek and Strong Arms{Sleek and Strong Arms Workout}

Breakfast Benefits{The Benefits to Eating Breakfast}

{The Incredible Veggie Burger}

Lower Body Buster{Lower Body Buster Workout}

So tell me:

Do you use Pinterest?

What is your favorite thing to pin? I am obviously mostly a recipe pinner. But I also like pinning quick workout that I can form into longer and better ones that fit my workout routine.

P.S. Follow me on Pinterest! (RebeccaGF666)

      That is the greatest benefit it has! I love how I can keep all the recipes I find in one place and in categories I want!

    I pinned the Benefits of Eating Breakfast to my Healthy Stuff board. I just don't understand how people can skip meals. I'm getting some tests done at the hospital today so I had to do a 12 hour food/water fast and I'm absolutely starving! Lol.

      I hate fasting! When I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and had to prep for over 24 hours I seriously though I would die. Being hungry is a horrible feeling. Good luck with your tests!

        Actually I would take fasting any day over the prep for the colonoscopy/endoscopy! The nausea when I had that done was simply awful!

          I drank broth all day and now I can never stomach plain broth again! But after the procedure I thought I would be so happy to eat but I was so wrong! All the air they pump in to you for it and try to remove it all before they are done but I was left feeling so sick and full the rest of the day, I still couldn't eat!

    Love all the weights routines. I'm focusing on arms right now so I'm definitely pinning that one to my weights routines board!
