The other night I fell asleep at 10:00pm and had the longest and very complex dream. I then shot awake at 12:20pm. It felt like I had just been through a marathon...but it had only been 2 hours and 10 minutes. Crazy. I think the dream came form my anxiety about driving to my internship on Thursday by myself for the first time (in the dream I knew where I was and how to get there but I was lost...weird. But I also had to pee really bad when I woke-up.) (But another aside: I absolutely love driving by myself! It feels great; I may be really slow and careful but I feel "grown-up", haha!) I love dreams, they are the best personal movies, right? Do you have crazy dreams and then wake-up and see it was only an hour or two since you fell asleep?
Well today I am off to get my Senior portraits taken for the yearbook and for personal use. We decided on the shortest session, so I will only be getting pictures in my cap and gown, the traditional yearbook photo with the black drape, and 1 in an outfit of my choice. I am not looking forward to this. I hate getting my pictures taken especially when it is so fake and planned by a photo studio. Well I hope you have a great Friday! Now on to the Finisher!

A few things I loved about my week or am grateful for:
+ Driving by myself for the first time (see above).
+ The beautiful sunny skies this week. Even though I am NOT loving these cool 60-70 degree temps. That is too cold for August!
+ 68 days (and going strong) of being (eyebrow and eyelash) trich free.
+ Trying and loving new to me foods (Plantains, Peanut Flour, Fennel) and new recipes or variations (hello Barramundi and Spaghetti Squash dinner, and a new lentil veggie taco recipe that will be coming at you next week!)
So Tell me:
Do you remember how you felt the first time you drove alone?
Are you hating this cold weather or do you like these early autumn temps?
Have you ditched the scale or are you still attached?

Really!? What is it like to get your license in Australia? I know it is so different everywhere even from state to state here in the US.
