Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week, but I know we are all ready for the weekend…right!? I always have the best of intentions to get a bunch of to-dos and goals done over the weekend. Most of the things get done, but I always end up leaving things out. This weekend one day will be taken by the GFAF Expo, but I am still hoping I can get what I want done. I need to write a few more college essays, get blog posts ready for next week, grocery shop, change my bed sheets and vacuum my room, do homework/study, and READ! i have been giving up my nightly reading time the last 3 days for opting to do more homework…I miss good books…So will I get all this done? I hope so. I will check in on Monday and let you know! Now it’s time for the Finisher!

Blog Posts I loved this week:
Find happiness in the little things. A perfect list for living in the present.
Love this idea! I have done it before when I was younger too.
Claire is so strong and determined and I love how open she is about her journey.
Keep striving and don;t let fear or worry get in the way of your success
Why do you engage in social media? How much do you let it affect you?
We need to stop comparing other bloggers eating habits to our own. We all need different fuel at different times.
Try these exercise variations to amp up your usual routine!
Ashley cooked all her dinner meals for a month in one shot. In this post she offers up some tips for the big cooking day.

Quinoa Citrus Salad with Orange Dressing. Perfect fruity one pot meal!
Sweet Corn “Polenta” with Peach and Tomato Salsa. This is awesome, she uses fresh corn to make a sudo-polenta.
So pretty! Love everything about this.
Pumpkin Protein Pancakes. Perfect simple ingredients using protein powder instead of flour.
Homemade Corn Tortillas. I use corn tortillas every other day! I need to make my own.
A few things I loved about my week or am grateful for:
+ Going to the GFAF Expo tomorrow!
+ 89 days (and going strong) of being (eyebrow and eyelash) trich free!
+ Got through 4 more days of school…almost a full week, haha!
+ Sunday evening walks with my mom. I wish we had started this earlier in the summer since soon it will get way to cold for us to want to take these walks. For now though I will keep looking forward to them 🙂
So Tell me:
What are your goals for the weekend?
Have you ever made your own tortillas?
