I have such a killer round-up of content for y’all this week! I know you’ll be click-clicking away! This will be some great reading tonight while you have the opening ceremonies of the Olympics on tonight! Are you pumped for the games to start (even though soccer already did, which I’ve always felt was bad karma)? For some reason, I’ve always LOVED the opening ceremonies with all the countries walking in. Amazing! My favorite events to watch would be gymnastics (who doesn’t like it!?), swimming, and weightlifting!
I hate that you can’t see everything, and I usually miss everything I want to see, but I’ll keep tuning in throughout the duration. But I’m wishing all the amazing athletes good luck and safety (seriously, they have even more bravery this year!) Before I let you go, I have to share this gem I found on the blog from the last winter Olympics! A quick tabata workout from when I still posted about fitness! Haha!
Happy first weekend of August! I’ll be taking it even easier than I have been, hobbling around with my boot and crutches (I only use them when I leave the house!)
Monday: Rhubarb Orange Quick Bread
Wednesday: Rainbow Buckwheat Salad

A few things I loved about my week or am grateful for:
+ It’s finally sunny again! The rain and clouds were crazy since last week!
+ My second attempt at “the ‘kraut” is going well! Just a few more days before I taste-test!
So tell me:
+ Favorite event to watch during the Olympics?
+ Summer or Winter games? I thought I liked summer more, but I think I enjoy them both equally!
