Happy Friday! I hope you all had a great week 🙂 I am taking another nice slow restful type day. Yesterday I really did absolutely nothing but catch up on blogs, had time to read an actual book, and of course my meeting with the Wofford A.A. Today will be just more of that, except I have my 6 month dentist appointment in the morning (at a new dentist as well, ah!) but all will be good. After that I might feel productive enough to send off some more college apps, but if not that is okay, I am allowing my mind to take a vacation. but I will be doing my lower body and upper body strength training workouts later today (as always on Fridays). Weights are fun though so I have no qualms with that 🙂 I am going to keep this intro short and just let you all browse the Finisher! I came across tons of great posts, articles, and pins this week so the Finisher is loaded with some awesome stuff! Grab a cup of hot tea and enjoy 🙂
Tuesday: Old-School Blogging: Liebster Award

No chemicals needed!
Sometimes you can take being healthy to far by planning every last detail.
Okay, this isn’t from this week, but I found it really interesting.
Why are magazines and media so hung up on “body type”?
Not just for runners. For any healthy diet! I love me some lentils and chickpeas all day everyday 🙂
Meghann completed her first full Ironman! She is so awesome and I loved following all of her training up to the event on her blog. Truly inspiring!
How to brew the perfect cup of wonderful delicious tea 🙂
O the problems of actually loving yourself 😉
We are only taking November as a month to say what we are thankful for, but are we actually doing thanks?
Just breathe and cut yourself a break sometimes!
Do you compare yourself to other bloggers through stats, comments, numbers of reviews?
I am pretty sure and modified form of the word “Inspiration” is bad news.
Yes, I can identify with a lot of these :/
It’s about time!
The body is so beautiful!

A few things I loved about my week or am grateful for:
+ My four day weekend 🙂
+ I have been feeling really good and confident with myself this week. It feels really good; happiness all around 🙂
So tell me:
How are you showing thanks this month?
Are you a perfectionist?
Any fun weekend plans? Mine are to relax and breathe! Maybe even hop over to the gym and go on my first treadmill jog/run? 😉
