Are y'all getting your St. Patrick's Day recipes ready to go? You better be baking not one, but two loaves of the best gluten-free Irish soda bread, some rustic vegan shepherd's pie, and a side or two of potato goodness! Long time readers know I'm not a huge fan of St. Patty's day, but when the opportunity for good food arises, there's got to be some positivity there! Have to celebrate those Irish roots and the fact that St. Patrick's Day is basically "Potato Day", and that, my friends, is something to celebrate!
