Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅓ Cup Quinoa Flakes
  • ¼ Cup Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 TB Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp Pure Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ Cup Water

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, adding the water last.
  2. Cook on high in the microwave for 90 seconds. Mix and cook an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Top with extra pumpkin and cinnamon if desired!

    I will be forever grateful to you for introducing me to quinoa flakes. I think it was sometime last year. Not only do I love them, it is the only grain my husband finds quick & easy enough to make when I am not around to make him breakfast. And he would love this pumpkin pie version especially!

    I rarely use Quinoa Flakes, but making a pumpkin pie breakfast bowl with them sounds super yummy! I may have to grab a box next time I'm out at the grocery store!

    Pumpkin + Autumn = ME I've never heard of Quinoa flakes. Actually just tried Quinoa for the first time when I made my son Vegan tacos (Quinoa + Lentils). All this time I thought it was a grain...

    I'm going to take a look at Amazon to see what they (flakes) are and try them.
