Thank goodness midterms are over and done with! (Now finals loom). But in the meantime, I already have my classes for next semester so that’s a relief as well! A few of those classes will be gearing me up for my required internship over the summer where we get “real” experience in the field! I’ll know more as time goes on, but I already have a few ideas for where I want to seek opportunity.
Now, my celiac friends, we have a major alert. If you don’t follow me on Instagram, you missed my IG story where I shared the news. This is a big deal. I hope you never ate Cheerios in the first place (nor Quaker Oats, Lucky Charms, etc.) If you did and you have celiac disease, please stop. These products are not safe! The gluten 20ppm threshold is a max and as you eat more “ppm” in multiple products during the day, week, etc., that adds up in the body and is damaging your intestine. As more updates come and more info revealed, I’ll be sure to let you know. In the meantime, DO NOT eat uncertified (fake label) oat products.
It’s funny (or not so funny) that on the new Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheerios, even here in the US, those boxes do not have that fake General Mils gluten-free label in the corner. That should be telling you something and that was what alerted me to dive into any new developments, and wow, were there developments!
*Update* Another big alert with Goodie Girl Cookies…not so “goodie” anymore, my celiac friends.

We have a college degree inflation problem.
