Hello there, gluten-free friends! I told you I’d be taking a few easier weeks and I guess this was one of them. I assumed with the holiday and all, that this week would be a good one to ease up. So it wasn’t really a “break”, but I still felt so weird intentionally not posting on Wednesday! It felt sad, and weird, but ended up being needed as I’ve been dealing with a bad flare up this week. Here we are with the weekly Friday Finisher though, without fail! (Do you guys still like the Friday Finisher? I’m not sure if I should continue it as my weekly thing anymore…)
I did have some time to refresh myself on some ideas though, I even filmed a new recipe on Tuesday and am very proud of the results! I’ll be sharing that one with month, just finishing up with editing. I sad I hated video…and I still do, but each time it does get easier and I found a new and much better setup for filming (no more crawling on the floor!)
Enjoy the weekend and soak up some summer vibes for me! xoxo
