- 1 (5.3oz) Container of Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (about ½ cup)
- 1 Cup Frozen Cauliflower
- 5 Mariani Probiotic Pitted Prunes
- ¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 TB Milled Flax Seed
- ½ Tsp Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- ½ Tsp Turmeric
- ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
- Place all the ingredients in a blender (in order as listed).
- Blend until creamy smooth.
- Pour into a glass for 1 large serving or 2 small servings.
