I’m not sure how I feel about this week. It was kind of “blah”. At least pig dissection #2 is over. Really, the worst part of lab this week was the “post quiz” practical from last week’s lab. We went into a separate lab room with 20 opened up pigs on tables and had to gather around a table with out group and individually rotate to the 4 pigs per table, identify certain body parts and their function. (It smelled…). But, it’s done! Next week I have to register for classes for the Fall! I have no idea what I’m doing right now and really need to look at the schedule this weekend….it is not going to be fun! The only thing getting me through is knowing that March is (ALMOST) finally over and then just one more month. Let’s go!
Now a question for you! What type of recipe do you want next week? I have SO many options now and I was looking through them without a clue as to what to post. The range from, well…everything! So leave a comment below with a category or even a certain type of food and I bet I have a recipe that would go along! I may even post two next week! We shall see 😉 Now…Friday Finisher time! Read away!

A few things I loved about my week or am grateful for:
+ The little things: On Monday at 7am in the cold and gloom, I’m coming out of Starbucks and see a man on a unicycle riding down the middle of the DC city street. Made my day!
+ Another little thing: A business woman (full suit, hair done) riding on the highway to the city on a moped/scooter. Crazy!
+ My “Gluten-Free Blogger of the Week” feature on Delight Gluten-Free Magazine’s website yesterday!
So tell me:
+ How was the weather this week? For real…crazy! Freezing and windy in the beginning or the week, up to 70 later in the week, but rain, and now they show snow on Saturday…
+ Um, so, recipe requests?
