This was not the "last week of summer" I expected. We had some issues with the blog this week. A post lost half its content and a few posts lost ALL their comments. We aren't sure why that happened, could have been from the transfer of staging site to live site or when I switched over to https. Really upsetting for me, but I rewrote the one post and there maybe a way to access those missing comments on a few posts. Just when you think things are going smoothly, there will always be a few "blemishes".
My mom and I spent the day together on Monday for one last "hoorah". We just shopped around and hung out, nothing to exciting! I'll be back on the college grind starting Tuesday (first day of classes). FIVE classes, 15 credits, this semester and I am a little freaked out, but there won't be any hard statistics or chemistry classes this year at least! That, my friends, is a HUGE relief! I foresee a lot of writing, but now I'm in the depths of my "major" so the classes will hopefully be engaging and interesting!
As I try to figure out my schedule, as I have to every year, I'm not sure how I'll fit blogging and school together, but I always seem to make it work once things settle down and into place! Cheers to the first day of September and a wonderful weekend! xoxo
